Established in 1983, M/s Apoorva Leasing Finance and Investment Company Limited (ALFICL), is a listed company at Bombay Stock Exchange. The company has high net worth with zero liabilities. ALFICL along with its other group companies is spearheaded by its CMD Mr. Atul Singh Tyagi.

Mr. Atul Singh Tyagi, started his career as Deputy Company Secretary in Oswal Chemicals and Fertilizers Ltd and in his journey, he has been retained by companies like ITC Hotels Limited, TATA Chemical Limited, TATA Power Limited, Loesche lndia, a world leader in constru ction of cement grinding plants, for developing their EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) Business and has vast exposure in various fields including Construction, Financial Services, Cold storages, Hospitality, Fuel-Stations etc. Through his vision and hard work he had taken the company to new heights.
